It is nice here. More generous and lighter than in most Vietnamese restaurants; fine dining rather than getting full fast. The only problem with the meals: They look so beautiful that it is a challenge to destroy the beauty by eating them.
For example, there fantastic pancakes, oysters with ginger, lemon gel and trout caviar, ice cream of red tea with sesame oil. The room also looks stunning: raw walls, subtle colors, bistro tables with marble tops, lots of plants and an open kitchen that allows guests to watch the virtuosos at work.
The wood on the floors comes from Vietnam, the bistro chairs are vintage and were upgraded with mint green velvet. Asia’s colors were the base for the visual concept.
