In Doha’s Mondrian, you sometimes feel like one of Salvador Dalí’s paintings. Even if clocks do not melt here, the interior designed by Marcel Wanders is fascinatingly surreal.
For example, guests are greeted in the lobby by a colossal golden bell with embedded chandelier or find themselves in the lounge in a dreamy unreal white forest. The impressive spiral stair case reminding of a Black Mamba is also surreal.
But you can also enjoy earthy pleasures at the Mondrian Doha: a Carpaccio of Japanese Wagyu-Beef in the Morimoto or a wellness treatment in the hotel’s Turkish Hamam.
In der Lobby hat die legendäre New Yorker Magnolia Bakery eine Außenstelle eingerichtet. Auf keinen Fall sollte man sich hier den weltberühmten Banana Pudding entgehen lassen!
