Inspired by Australian beaches, the ambience of Milk Beach takes you to a bright and breezy coastal town whose surroundings are reminiscent of sandy summer days. The interior is grounded by an elegant Palladiana terrazzo floor, whose natural look is reminiscent of walking on rocks by the sea.

Inspired by Sydney’s coastal architecture, art deco details can be seen in the form of cut-out and relief wall panels. A ceiling with oak beams presents two-meter-wide pendant lights made of bamboo, which were specially made for the project by artisan David Parker.

Matching the interior, the restaurant serves dishes inspired by the diverse cultures that make up modern Australian cuisine.

Native Australian plants such as two large foxtail palms give the room character and life
