The restaurant in the first self-proclaimed seven-star hotel in the world. For the 516 million dollar project, Norman Foster was inspired by Art déco.

The best restaurant in the hotel can be found on the top floor.  The MARC is run by star chef Marc Meneau, who invites guests to a stylish tea in the afternoon and upscale French cuisine in the evening.

Wether during the day or after sunset: The terrace of the restaurant offers a sensational view onto Shanghai’s skyline. In the evening, the city’s in-crowd comes to nip cocktails and listen to the DJ’s music. The VIP density is high.
