Joliet is an ode to the oceans, seafood and bayou cuisine. Upon entering, guests’ emotions are soothed as the aesthetics of the 150 m2 space exude an idyllic calm despite its size.

The design skilfully plays with the sapphire-coloured gemstone tones of the water, which lend the décor cosy warmth and comfort. The use of natural materials such as rattan emphasizes a biophilic approach, which is only enhanced by the daylight flooding in and some stately potted plants in a lush green.

Eclectic artwork including an antique piano with candlestick fills the space with additional character. Joliet’s co-founder and designer Randy Alonso traveled across the US to find unusual pieces that reflect his love of antiques.

Don’t miss out on trying the famous, hand-picked Joliet oysters from the grill with braised butter. The cocktail of grapefruit-infused vodka, lemon, cinnamon-grapefruit soda and Prosecco goes perfectly with it
