Innovative, holistic and almost a little futuristic: the Siro sports and wellness concept was launched for the first time at the iconic One Za’abeel complex in Dubai in early 2024. The hotel’s focus: fitness and relaxation.
Guests experience a revolutionary concept that combines transformative wellness, an integrated digital strategy and personalized advice. The aim: to fully exploit mental and physical potential. So-called “biohacking components” are used to achieve this: Fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery and mindfulness.
The hotel’s own “Recovery Lab” offers holistic courses and advanced treatments as well as a large “Fitness Lab” with state-of-the-art equipment and a team of experts who use the latest body analyses to create personalized fitness and recovery programmes.
The rooms and suites at Siro One Za’abeel are a true haven of well-being. Each room is minimalist and decorated in neutral tones, offering a tranquil atmosphere that invites relaxation and mindfulness. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light and offer panoramic views of the city skyline.
The special wake-up technology with motorized blackout blinds gently wakes guests from their sleep and supports their internal clock for a natural and restful awakening
