Fine-dining restaurant with stylish bar in a former printing shop. The special location played a role in the design strategy – not least, landmarked murals provided a design basis.
The color concept developed on the basis of these paintings focuses on the menus created by chef Flavio Fermi. Their Mediterranean orientation reflects the roots of the star chef: Italian and influenced by Swiss cuisine.
Host Roland Tischhauser is known to the Basel gastro scene from the traditional Bad Bubendorf Hotel.
The extensive wine list carries a Swiss Wine List Award. Adapted to their menu, guests can take a sommelier-guided wine tour of Switzerland, Italy, France, Germany or Spain
