New life for Petar Senjanović’s Art Nouveau building, completed during World War I, which has housed a trade union and the University of Split throughout its history. Studio Franić Šekoranja has combined Art Nouveau elegance with selected vintage furniture and contemporary comfort for the 31 rooms and four suites of the hotel in the heart of Split. The lighting emphasizes the warm and relaxing atmosphere of this remarkable heritage hotel.
The preserved Art Nouveau elements include the stone staircase with iron railing and wooden handrail, majolica floors and the wall tiles with geometric patterns
