Esmée brings the relaxed atmosphere of the traditional French brasserie to Copenhagen. The restaurant that opened in October 2021 was furnished by the Danish design studio Space Copenhagen that gave the classic vibes a modern touch.
The design duo Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou interpret the rustic charm of the tyical brasserie in a contemporary manner and thus create an ambience that is both unpretentious and elegant. Especially their thorough selection of interior pieces, such as the wall lamp Fly designed in the 20s by Pierre Chareau, give the restaurant a unique look.
