“El Camino” means “the way” in Spanish. This is the path the restaurant owner has taken after 20 years of gastronomic activity in Spain. The architects from the Horyna firm dispensed with the traditional tapas bar décor, avoiding azulejo tiles, corrida décor and advertising posters for vermouth drinks.

Instead, they opted for table and bar tops made from 150-year-old oak wine barrels and three central fixtures for indirect lighting made from paella pans. The important thing was to create a stage for the real star – Spanish gastronomy.

So-called trillos stand out on the wall of the restaurant – these oak boards with pointed stones are a traditional Spanish tool used in flour production
