“Doma” is Croatian and means something like “at home”. The home you find in this restaurant at the Viktualienmarkt, however, is a bit more opulent than your own. And you won’t really find home cooking here either, but creations like baked lobster & popcorn or a hot dog with goulash-chive mayo.
The design of the place, which functions as both a day bar, lunch venue and elegant evening restaurant with an adjoining bar, is a cool mix of concrete walls, gold and copper elements, velvety velour and contemporary art.
It’s worth going to the toilets: they are completely black, including the vestibule.
