The gourmet flagship of the Mandarin Oriental Ritz in Madrid takes you back in time with its interior, opulent chandeliers and busts. How fitting: it is housed in the Salon Alfonso XIII in a Belle Époque palace that has been home to kings and dignitaries for over 110 years.
A fitting setting in which to enjoy the culinary vision of three-star chef Quique Dacosta. There are two tasting menus to choose from: the “Históricos Quique Dacosta” with the chef’s signature dishes from his restaurant in Dénia and the “Contemporary Menús QDRITZ”.
A slimmed-down version of both menus is available for lunch under the name “Essence”
