The noble five-star hotel Central is a true Sölden institution. For the founding family Falkner, this is not a reason to rest on their laurels. In 2021, the Falcon restaurant was opened at the middle station of the Gaislachkoglbahn. With the focus on regional, sustainable meals, the location is a top completion to the futuristically designed restaurant ice Q, located at the mountain station at 3.048 meters.
But they are also working on the hotel: Since October 2022, guests can check into the 50 square meter large comfort suite Vent with a view of the Nederkogl mountain. The stylish accommodation offers an open floor plan and lots of Alpine chic:n Besides premium Loden textiles of natural colored wool, plastered clay walls and smoked plank floors of French oak mark the design.
