One chef, one waiter – and a maximum of 18 guests. This is the intimate setting in which British star chef Alan Bates serves his creations. Designer Bruno Jakobsen has chosen two long tables in dark-stained oak, with seating separated only by floral arrangements.
The dark colors may be a rather unusual choice in the far north, but they bring their own kind of coziness. The world is allowed to stay outside, one gets in “connection” with oneself and other guests.
