Visitors to the legendary New York boutique hotel The Mark can now expect a touch of Paris. The reason for this is the introduction of another US branch of the traditional Parisian restaurant Caviar Kaspia, which originally opened in 1927 and whose DNA also inspires this restaurant.

At the same time, however, interior designer Jacques Grange has incorporated typical New York style elements. The iconic blue tablecloths, which make the Parisian original unmistakable, are combined with emerald green mohair banquettes, wood-paneled walls, a sculptural bar and warm ambient lighting from L’Observatoire International.

Belgian marble? Yes, there is, and it’s particularly beautiful in black. A look at the impressive bar proves it
