Bulle is an acronym for: urban, local, light, eco-responsible bistronomy. But you don’t have to memorize it. You’ll notice that you’re in good hands here at the Maison Carré, a former Jesuit school on the Fourvière hill with the Notre-Dame de Fourvière basilica.

By the grandiose food of Michelin-starred chef Guy Lassausaie and his accomplices Raphaël Courtin and Damien Montereau: French delicacies up and down. At the noble design with fine fabrics, warm colors and very powerful chandeliers. And at one of the most beautiful views over Lyon, which everyone who dines here can enjoy.
