Comeback of one of Vienna’s long forgotten institutions: under the direction of Laura Karasinski and Gerhard Zehetner, the well hidden Adlerhof in the Burggasse was revived after decades.

Manuel Köpf and Andreas Knünz asked the two to turn the former tavern into a salon café that is a local food market as well.

The potpourri of the lamps comes from flea markets and vintage stores in the neighborhood. We also find table frames from Oswald Haerdtl, Thonet created a customized chair edition and the fabrics are from Vienna’s textile manufacturer  Kohlmaier.

Sensational wallpaper: Laura Karasinski digitalized Laudon castle’s mountain fresco. For the first time it can be seen outside of the castle walls.
