The boutique hotel in the hip district Vallila opened at the end of 2020 and is located in a mighty brick building that used to be a railway repair shop.
The stone walls are still raw and remind of the industrial past; the interior combines renowned design brands into a harmonious overall look and feel. Furniture in grey and black, colorful textiles, deep chairs, Steg fridges in every room and free-standing bath tubs.
The hotel restaurant Albina serves meals with a Finnish touch, the Alexis rooftop bar serves yummy cocktails.
The paintings in the loft rooms are from NHL player and Stanley Cup finalist Ville Leino.
