The architecture studio Suppose Design sets their focus on muted lighting and minimalist furniture for this intimate sushi restaurant, which creates a highly theatrical effect.
With that, the traditional concept of Japanese aesthetic – better known as Wabi Sabi – is used.
A long wooden counter defines the small, intimate room of Sushi Yoshii. Besides elaborate culinary art, pieces of art by renowned artists as Hiroshi Sugimoto, Franz West or Yayoi Kusama also spoil guests.
A reservation is essential. The barely 40 square meter large room only offers space for eight guests.
