Without a doubt, the ME Dubai which opened in March 2020 is one of the most unique hotels of the desert city. Created by Zaha Hadid, the spectacular building is the only hotel projected for which the star architect insisted to personally be responsible for both the exterior and interior design.
The building is a typical example for Hadid’s flowing style: The two towers are not just connected with each other, they melt together. The rooms and suites also carry the architect’s unique signature. Her design language creates an organic balance between massive and light, opaque and transparent in interior and exterior.
