Over 30 years ago, the first hotel of the Aman brand opened its doors with the Amanpuri on Phuket’s Andaman Coast. Since January 2020, the paradise-like resorts offers its guests an exclusive composition of collections by local and international designers in its own boutique. The products include fashion, jewelry and accessories as well as art objects and furniture pieces.
The retail pavilion designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma quotes the architecture of the former Thai capitol Ayutthaya with its pointed roofs. The interior of the spacious boutique delights with a contemporary appeal: Elegant, separated sales areas are arranged around a central lounge area in which people can always find a limited collection of furniture pieces.
