The traditional Auracher Löchl was already 600 years old when a further attraction was added to it in 2016. Owner Richard Hirschhuber gave the aged guest house a temporary update – the Träumerei #8. The boutique hotel is located in the middle of Kufstein’s historic center. The 34 individual theme rooms are furnished with a lot of attention to detail and a contemporary touch. Antiques and personal souvenirs invite guests on a trip around the world.
The ‘Venice’ room with its masks reminds of the carnival, ‘Spain’ features bulls and Flamenco dancers and ‘Milano’ the glamour of the fashion capitol. Some rooms let you travel abroad: ‘Canada’ includes an axe and bear warnings, ‘Kenia’ wooden figures and feathers and ‘Marrakesh’ a tea set and hookah.
The bridge-whirlpool room # 69 is an absolute highlight – a very unique love nest. The luxurious box-spring bed can be elevated to expose the whirl pool below it for a relaxing and romantic bath…
