With the Tisk Speisekneipe in Neukölln, Martin Müller and Kristof Mulack achieved the symbiosis of a modern restaurant with a corner pub.
The creative chefs trump with a playful combination of contemporary German cuisine and traditional classics. Guests dine at long tables or the s-shaped bar counter that allows a view into the kitchen.
The interior is dominated by earthy shades and warm, muted light as well as old, refurbished furniture and contemporary design.
Towards the outside, the view through the large windows leads to a huge tile wall covered with graffiti.
The location in Neukölln is no coincidence. Barely any other living area in Berlin attracts more fans of culture and pubs.
