Cozy and cool. And with the eternally modern vibe of the 1920s. The Ned NoMad, which opened in June 2022, strikes a very special note. A mixture of Art Deco and Manhattan is pretty apt.
The hotel is joined by Ned’s Club – members enjoy fine venues such as the live music spot The Atrium. The concept of the renovated Beaux-Arts building, which once housed offices and stores under the name Johnston Building, builds on historical pillars in the combination of hotel and club: The glamorous limestone façade is a reminder that the building was once owned by a woman – rather unusual around 1900.
It was also the epicenter of the Tin Pan Alley music style of the 1920s – and now also inspires a multicultural mix of styles.
The spacious library is one of the interior designers’ favorite places – also because of the unique color concept and the high rooms
