Even before its opening in the summer of 2018, the hotel was considered as one of the top 20 hotel openings of the year. That probably also has to do with the hotelier legend Ian Schrager, who developed this new EDITION-Hotel for Marriott International in the Catalan city.
As a lifestyle hotel brand, EDITION sets on individuality, premium design, personal service and unique beverage and entertainment offers. It includes three restaurants, a club and a rooftop bar.
The hotel is located at the edge of the nightlife district El Born in the heart of the city, next to the cathedral and a few steps away from the Santa Caterina market. Las-Ramblas luxury shops, famous Gaudi buildings as well as the Passeig de Gràcia are also close by.
