An exciting mixed concept: Supperclub34 in Hanover is both a high-end restaurant and a meeting place. Open boundaries between the dining room and kitchen contribute to this. Finally, the restaurant is also a bar; a DJ is regularly at the mixing desk to provide the background music.
To eat, there are creative, one might say “European fusion” dishes in canapé format, which invite you to try the whole menu. Perhaps with the surprise menu. The restaurant is run by Mario Hassa, an established restaurateur in Hanover.
The term “Supper Club” stands for private settings, sometimes rented locations, where mostly amateur chefs are at work. Guests are also invited to look into the pots at Supperclub34
