The bistro in a building from the 18th century manages to strike a balance between chic and latently minimalist interior design and yet a lot of coziness.
The interior designers from Triiije are responsible for this. In their redesign of the tunnel-shaped space, they combined clean and solid chrome elements with upholstered bench seating and a green-and-blue tile floor in a herringbone pattern.
Colorful chairs by Ton add further accents, while the sleek white walls make a perfect backdrop for art displays. The dishes, such as pumpkin risotto with caramelized walnuts and beef or pasta with crab and truffles, are also ambitious.
The repeating design elements are part of the interior design concept
