250 m2 for fashion, shoes and accessories were developed by arcitect Roberto Baciocchi into the Haus Steindl, a 14th century community house. In collaboration with the city of Salzburg and the monument protection authority, the original character of the building was maintained. Historic elements, such as a wooden staircase, were enhanced with new design elements.
The historic facade in the ground floor is dominated by large, bent windows that were added to the building in the 20th century and kept by the architect.
