The iconic cinema Carlos III has been turned gastronomic hotspot. 60 million Euro were invested to create a mix of culinary live act, cabaret, market and restaurant. Four Michelin crowned chefs are doing their magic here: Ramón Freixa, Pepe Solla, Paco Roncero and Marcos Morán. The cuisine integrates international cuisine from Japan, Mexico, Peru and Italy. A cocktail bar serves yummy drinks until 3 a.m.
The café and bakery Mamá Framboise can be found at the entrance and is opened 24 hours.
