This urban restaurant in the patriarchal Grand Hotel Bellevue Palace – a Belle Époque building – was designed by Kristian Gavoille & Valérie Garcia.
Copper colored basta stones, light colors and natural materials such as wood and marble make up the simple yet elegant interior.
The Noumi Grill & Bar is located in the basement, yet French architect Architekt Kristian Gavoille brings in a lot of light with creative ideas such as mirrored window sills.
The interior concept of the Noumi sets a modern, urban contrast to the hotel from the Belle Époque (1913)
