The outstanding trait of the MalisGarten: The five star hotel is a pure wood building – and on top of that a beautiful one. But this is not surprising as the architectural concept of the hotel was developed by Italian star architect Matteo Thun.
The hotel in Zell am Ziller impressively shows what can be achieved with the material wood regarding design and construction. From decorative interior to supporting structure, the theme is carried throughout the place and assures an atmosphere marked by nature and region.
Speaking of regional: Only local woods were used for or the construction. Along with an ingenious, resource saving heating and cooling system this results in one of the most sustainable hotels in all of Zillertal.
