At LVATE, the patient is not called patient but member and does not wait in sterile waiting rooms but in “Community Spheres“ – and overall a lot is about spheres here.
Architect Paulina Eckhardt leaned the elaborate concept artistically on the anatomy oft he skin. She says: “The five layers of our skin are reflected in color and material worlds and are implemented in our “5 Spheres”.” The spheres convey safety and a feeling of security – and invite to linger.
