Rustic kitsch, happy, frisky and overdone: that is how Libertino in the 10th Arrondissement comes across, the newest coup of the busy Big Mamma Group (Italian Food by Frenchies).

While the ground floor is all about dining in Southern European style, a bar with a wild 70s feeling that almost reminds of Johnny Depp’s legendary frenzy in “Fear and Loathing Las Vegas”.

The centrally positioned counter enables guests constantly changing viewing perspectives thanks to the strategically placed mirrors. Red leather stools, velvet plush pillows and lamp shades that look like they were donated by an Italian Nonna round up the pleasant design cocktail.

Special eye catchers are the Murano glass lamps imported from Venice as well as the sexy shots from the legendary 70s Pirelli calendars.

The in-house design studio Kiki emptied the treasures of an antique shop in Piemont for the interior.
