The K7, opened in January 2019, is the first boutique hotel in Bad Nauheim but certainly not the first exclusive accommodation in the Hessian spa town. More specifically, the exceptionally noble Hotel Europäischer Hof was located in the same building. The K7 describes itself as the great-grandson of the legendary house: Hence, the historic building was to be preserved and the facade to be restored according to historic photos during the extensive two-year-long renovation.
The interior designs combines open-minded charm and the swank exclusivity of the old hotel with the creative and modern ideas of interior designer Doris Seher. Her unique concept is based on human characters. An individual ambience was created for each character. The result is five individual room worlds created with a lot of attention to detail. Whether business woman, hipster, dandy, art lover or hygge fan – everyone can find their world there – and all meet up in the staircase that was turned into a jungle.
