The joint project of Hedonism Wines and Chef Ollie Dabbous serves seasonal, simple and, as much as possible, local meals.
The restaurant covers three floors that are connected by a striking spiral stair case. Especially nice: The ground floor, which offers à-la-carte menus for lunch and dinner, is centered around a cast iron bakery with a wood burning oven.
Mayfair’s streets can be observed from the ceiling high windows. The restaurant’s surfaces are refined, subtle and elegant. Below that: white oiled oak and brass with slight patina.
