Swiss stone pine meets modern design – that sums up the concept of the Zurich agency Pfeffermint. It has turned the Davoserhof into a hip mountain retreat. The 21 rooms were furnished with stylish decorative elements and murals by young designers, and the lounge was transformed into a cozy salon. Pfeffermint also revamped the gastro concept. If you don’t want to go to bed yet after dinner in the fondue hotspot Piz Piz, with surreal cloudscapes on the walls and a very Instagram-worthy winter garden with a view of the Jakobshorn, you can get first-class drinks – and red light – at the Rotliechtli.
Many of the artworks presented in the hotel can be purchased as souvenirs at the design kiosk
