Regarding the design, Kingston Lafferty Design oriented themselves on the pink color of the brand and extrapolated a feminine design from that.
Further sources of inspiration were dreamscapes as well the genre of installation art. Reminiscences of the aesthetics of surreal art as well as the psychedelic interior of Verner Panton fit perfectly.
Several elements are supposed to encourage spontaneous interaction. Quote of the designer: “We wanted to create a lighthearted, childish room with escapist elements.”
KLD designed a lamp that reminds of a huge lollipop as well as wall panels, table tops and built in seating. The objective: emotional proximity to the play theme.
