In the warmer months of the year, life in Frankfurt am Main takes place in the numerous outdoor dining areas around the Alte Oper. The most colorful address here is definitely Casa de Rosé.
The focus is on champagne and wines from France, Italy and Spain. For dinner, there are international dishes in tapas form with a focus on seafood, some of which are served in an etagere and for sharing.
Local gourmets are likely to recognize the culinary signature of chef René Postel from Trares or the Frankfurt Embassy, his former places of work.

A live DJ plays at Casa de Rosé from 7 pm on Thursdays to Saturdays and on public holidays
