The hotel with 69 rooms is located in the middle of the largest Slovenian national park on a plateau. Thus, one is gifted with beautiful views of the peaks of the Julian Alps and the crystal clear Bohinj Lake.

The hotel building is equally spectacular: during its general renovation, Ofis Arhitekti clad it in an impressive larch wood skeleton and designed for the interior wooden chairs and benches, branching floor and ceiling lamps, and upholstered furniture with covers made from recycled beverage bottles.

Common areas include a restaurant, a bistro with a terracotta oven, a club with a wine bar, and a wellness center with an outdoor pool. Particularly striking: the hotel corridors, whose floor and wall coverings echo elements of traditional haylofts from the region.

The long corridors are reminiscent of the hay-covered Bohinj haylofts. Examples of this Slovenian specialty can be found along the villages around the hotel
