Located directly by the water in the noble Östermalm district, the Bank Hotel opened in a building that has been around since 1910. Where there was formerly a bank, everything is all about joyful relaxation today. The hotel designed by Thor Thorén brings Renaissance elements and Art déco onto a common denominator. The grand bronze doors in the entrance impress guests just as much as mahogany covered walls or custom made chandeliers from Venice. The famous Swedish interior designers Ida Lauga and Lo Biurlf created a cozy atmosphere in the rooms that is arises via a harmonious mix of historic ambience and contemporary furniture.
