A city like Brussels, which is often quite sedate, could do with a bit of wilderness, thinks Restaurant Bagheera, and makes a spirited start: The décor, with its combination of Belle Époque elements and lots of tropical flora, looks like a jungle, the fusion dishes and cocktails are exotic and colorful, and the later the evening, the more exuberant the mood. And with the food, you get plenty of show: Bagheera upholds the art of flambéing, which is otherwise a bit out of fashion.
