If you had a best friend in Paris, she could not have a more beautiful name than Loulou. Women with that name have a trunkful of tricks but also know how to behave when they need to.
LouLou is also the name of the restaurant opened end of 2016 in the Parisian Musée des Arts décorarifs. The ambience in the patriarchal north wing of the Louvre palace is truly dramatic. The floor is covered with overtorqued Brescia marble, sculptural plaster chandeliers from sculptor Philippe Anthonioz hang from the ceilings.
Guests enjoy excellent plain fare from the French and Italian Riviera as well as lovely selection of wines. Except lively discussions about art at five o’ clock tea. Dancing is allowed in the evening. Exactly what you would expect from a LouLou.
Special Tips
Watch out! VIPs ahead! The LouLou is a magnet for celebrities. Even Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have been sighted.
