Hotel - Copenhagen
The modern Brøchner Hotels are expanding. The sixth hotel of the boutique chain is located in a former Carlsberg brewery building. Between 1847 and 2008 the beer known all over the world was brewed here.
As an homage to the old times, the Hotel Ottilia was named after brewer Carl Jacobsen’ s wife. Besides that, the 4-star hotel with 155 rooms and suites celebrates the art of brewing in no particular manner.
Every day, the hotel invites guests to a happy hour and the bar menu focuses on alcohol free drinks. The interior interprets the industrial architecture skillfully. Former architectural details make for an exciting contrast against luxurious furniture and contemporary design.
“Good Morning. It’s Organic!” is the theme of the healthy breakfast.
