The design of this bar can be seen as a life retrospective of Designer Henrietta Southam. The green and black tiles reflect childhood memories of a Parisian butcher shop.
The white oak panels are a lighter version of the cafeteria walls she loved at Trinity College. The chosen floor tiles remind of Lisbon’s historic center.
Dinner should also not be missed – the chef is known for his farm-to-table concept.
