Centrally located in Munich’s old town, Rosewood Munich is housed directly in two historic buildings: the former headquarters of the Bavarian State Bank and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former aristocratic residence.

Furnished with great attention to detail, the hotel has 73 spacious rooms and 59 suites, including five special houses with exclusive amenities. Munich-based architects Hilmer Sattler and London-based interior architecture and design firm Tara Bernerd & Partners set out to combine the historic past of the baroque and rococo-style buildings with modernity and elegance.

The two buildings and the courtyard were carefully restored, preserving elements such as the facades and the historic staircase. The hotel lobby welcomes future guests under magnificent vaulted ceilings and frescoes. The interior combines high-quality materials such as velvet, tweet and leather with gray marble and wooden elements of the palace.

The Asaya Spa invites you to moments of relaxation on 1,300 square meters
