One of the most desirable restaurants on Hawaii is the Nobu that enjoys a worldwide reputation for premium quality. Michelin star chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa opened his local flagship in the Waiëa Tower in Honolulu, which was designed by James K. M. Cheng.
The first-rate location in the lively Ward Village in the cultural heart of the Hawaiian metropolis offers the ultimate Nobu experience in an internal and external area summing up to almost 11,000 square meters.
Local dishes as well as exclusive drinks are served. California’s Studio PCH was responsible for the design of the expressive interior with teak wood beams, charcoaled wood and elaborate details.
Guests are invited to experience the art of world renowned chefs in the Teppan Room.
