For this contemporary brasserie and bar, designer Christophe Pillet takes a trip to California – and is supported by chef Andrew Wigger who combines Westcoast and French tradition in his cuisine. Guests can take a seat on barstools designed by Pillet at the marble bar, or sit on benches or comfy lounge chairs. Dailight is filtered by wooden lamellas functioning as partitions. Naturals materials such as stone and would dominate. Colors are kept subtly: from brown to green and warm grey and muted white.
You can enjoy a cocktail and a view of the Eiffel Tower while sitting on Emu chairs on the terrace.
