The bronze, oyster-shaped handle of the entrance door brings guests inside, where they experience the reinterpretation of a wave breaking along a sandy beach.

A cyanotype effect on the walls creates the feeling of being immersed in the blue of the sea and the waves. The centerpiece of the French restaurant is a stainless steel counter that is modeled on a fish stall.

Hidden in each corner is a tub of ice and shellfish, accentuated by floating lights. Coral-colored stools line the bar.

Pierre-Auguste Renoir’s painting “Nature morte avec citrons et Huîtres” served as inspiration. His studio was located in the same building as the restaurant
