It fuses traditional Mediterranean influences and western cooking techniques with Japanese gourmet art and unique flavor notes.The idea with the tree and all the interior stems from Madrid’s Studio Diego Gronda. The ambience is inspired by Asian design and Spanish lightness. The green city oasis is furnished with bamboo furniture, palm-print wallpapers and a nifty mosaic floor.
