Where Italian classics are served today, carpenters from Tree Italia were formerly busy. The history of the building is respected with elements of larch wood on the ceilings and walls – and Tree Italia were highly involved in the manufacture of the woodwork of the Treetop. The larch wood offers a warm stage for the place. Francesca Capitani and Marco Lanzetta from LaCap Architetture already designed the wooden forerunner Treebar in the district Flamina over ten years ago. With Treetoo they combined the material with an industrial chic mix of concrete, glass and metal. The colorful vintage interior by Attik Roma radiates a mid-century flair.
Take a look at the transparent glass blocks behind which the kitchen is hidden. The 20 cm wide cubes rest in an iron construction that were inspired by Pierre Chareau’s famous Parisian Maison de Verre
